When i check bot on TS he had quite high packet loss, I think this might have something to do with it?

High packet loss will producy choppy audio.
High packet loss has todo with the network, not with the software.

You could use something like traceroute and mtr test tools for windows to see where the packetloss come from. So you can analyze the connection to the teamspeak server.
