I also tested it with one of your bots. It works.
You must use this: !yt LINK
e.g.:

We currently sometimes hit the youtube api quota limit, because everyone is at home right now and the bot usage on the world drastically increased.
Youtube does adjust the api limits probably once in a month automatically based on the usage.
The api quota gets resetted every 24 hours at midnight 0 pacific time.
