Can you send us the link you tried?
I could not reproduce this right now.
Probably an antivirus or firewall blocking the connection?
Radio stations works? mp3 works?
Does soundcloud or mixcloud playback work over the webinterface?
Have you set something up in settings -> ts3musicbot settings -> youtube proxy? this field should be empty.
If nothing works, we can transfer you to our hosting at https://www.musicbot4you.net so you get a 24/7 running bot even if your pc is shut down.
