So i run the bot on my VPS (Windows)

And it keeps lagging.

So how can i prevent it to stop lagging?

I would try to restart the whole launcher. So everThing gets killed and restarted.
Next I would check the CPU load and the CPU load of other processes (maybe some other process affect it), if this won‘t help you can try to increase the priority of the:
mplayer.exe
TS3MusicBotClient.exe
processes.

Another thing that can cause lags is, that the localhost network routing is to slow, we route some data over the localhost network socket, so if your network card is heavily used and slow responding, this can be a thing.
