My TS3MusicBot is setup and ready to go - but no one can access the web interface for regular users. It acts like my port is blocked, but I set my system to DMZ on my router.

Have you a firewall running? Can you access the webinterface over your LAN network? If the LAN access works, then you have a firewall or port forwarding issue there.

Where do you host your TS3MusicBot? If you run it at home, it depends on the internet provider, some of them can't forward ports anymore, because they switch to a new system to reduce IPv4 addresses, in this case you only get a SHARED ipv4 address (you use that ipv4 address with multiple other users).
This technique disables the possibility to forward ports (technically blocked, even if you can configure it on your router at home). Give me some more informations, where your bot runs, so I can you help you better on this point.
