I rented a music bot off Nitrado and i wanted to use query mode but when i ried i got the same error :

Critical: Unable to connect to Teamspeak 3 server at ur server!
Exception connectTS3Query(): java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

and when i clicked the little help it said :

Query connection refused
If the TS3MusicBot runs in query mode and gets a "Connection refused" error then start the TS3MusicBot with additional parameter:
-webif-bind-ip 0.0.0.0

Any help?

Look like the query port is wrong.
Check which query port your teamspeak server is using and set the right query port in your settings -> teamspeak server settings -> query port field.
Also make sure the ip address is right.

Everything is correct the ip address and the port .

The teamspeak port and the query port are two different things.

The default query port is 10011.

I know the default query port and this is inputed.

Where is your teamspeak server from?
Ask for the correct query port. Maybe the host has changed the default port.

The nitrado support also help you with technical issues.

Ok then i send a support ticket But i have full access to the setting by nitrado for like PORTS and everything

I found the issue:
You see the "ur server"? Normally the teamspeak ip is on this place, so look in your nitrado panel, probably save the teamspeak ip again.
Somewhere the TS3MusicBot gets a "ur server" string instead of your needed ip address.

You run into this issue, because the TS3MusicBot has no valid teamspeak address given.
