Multiple issues/operator error maybe

So i just got this cause i was in a discord and they had a sweet music think going on.
First I set the bots avatar to 1 to get the dynamic avatar it doesn't apply or save even after multiple attempts.
Second for user settings I want to make a user group to have access but it doesn't even show up as a option. I saw some tutorials/show off videos where it existed but my version does not.
Third the command list doesn't show up in teamspeak at all. I saw on a help post that !bothelp was supposed to work maybe.
Fourth setting a avatar doesn't even show up as a option until i click on the identity tab then back out.
I don't know what are latest bugs and what not or just flaws. I'm sure I am missing a bunch of things. Might be virtualbox only or linux only. Thanks for any help
