Bot won't connect and play music! HELP!

There it shows that the music bot connected, but it won't play any music! I don't understand it says that virtual bot didn't open and its really confusing to me why not. I don't get what the problem is, if a moderator or admin could help me as soon as possible it will be greatly appreciated. Maybe is there a maybe that I could transfer my data onto the musicbot4you website interface? I bought 3 months of music bot and I'd love if we could transfer it over. If that's possible, thank you!
