At first it was showing a flood ban which I rectified by using slow mode and whitelisting it in the file. Now whenever I launch it keeps telling me "Address is invalid on local machine or port is invalid on remote machine". The address and port specified aren't invalid as I myself am connected to them at that exact moment.

Can anyone help or should I get a refund??

Can you pm me your details, which ip address you use?
Something of your target teamspeak address is wrong.

If you say the data is right, and your server can connect to that address you can try to dtart your bot with:
-webif-bind-ip 0.0.0.0

We have a trigger in this function, that the query will get forced to connect over the public address and does not try to go over localhost if the teamspeak server and the bot are running on the same machine.

If this does not help, pm me your log files (webinterface -> logs).
