I have tried everything but the client does not connect to the server, the bot until the query receives the commands but does not start to play the songs!

Make sure you have the following installed:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=48145 <--- x86 package! because we use the 32 bit windows client.
.net framework 4.6 or higher
