Cannot Connect to my teamspeak server

Hey guys i cannot get connectivity to my server ..
TS3 client could not connect after 3 tries. Retry in 60 seconds. [1.] Check if ts.roleplay.co.uk:9987 is online.! [2.] The TS3MusicBot has not got banned by someone.
This is the error message that is showing its a brand new bot i got it from music4youbot or what ever its called and its just not working i tried it on other teamspeaks and it works no problem. The server im trying to connect to is 29 identity level and i have tried adding my own just letting it configure its own I have no idea. :( :(
