Hello,

i've installed various new nodes with java 7 & java 8 , with debian 7, debian 8 and ubuntu 14.

Since this week i'm not able to get a musicbot running anymore, and therefore i can no proceed orders from customers.

The musicbot starts ( i see the start command in htop ) and after 5 - 10 seconds the process has been ended, and the bot has stopped working.

I'm using the web installer, theres nothing to install left ...

I hope someone can help me with that issue ... it's frustrating, since running the script manually works, but i can't set a licensecode there.

check that you still have money left on your account - check -> commercial tab

if you start it over the webinstaller open the screen from the bot what it is starting and check if you can see something there.

Also may check the logs.

you can(example):

screen ./TS3MusicBot_runscript.sh -account E-mail_resellerxxxxxx -port 5010 -webif-pw ADMIN_PASSWORD -webif-pw-user USER_PASSWORD -secretkey xxxxxxxxxxxx

If it manually works check also if you may messed up something with the user rights on your system.

Because if it works manually it should also work with the webinstaller, there is nearly no difference on it (only that the TS3MusicBot gets installed for you on the specific user)

Where exactly is the logs put ?

I've been into the screen before, the bot was starting and then the screen just terminated.

depends with which user you started the whole thing:

home/$user/TS3MusicBot_WebInstaller/TS3MusicBot_xxxxx/system/logs

on which point it closes the screen?

You can see the e-mail?

You also tried a reinstall?

Hi,

sometimes it's just as easy as rebooting the operating system and then booting musicbot again.

I wonder why it needs a reboot, since the musicbot needs java and screen, which both dont require a system restart.
