Query problem

Description of the problem: If i want to reconnect my bot, after some times it gets banned and the server query name + password is wrong?
What isn't working? i think the whitelist, added all the ip my server is fixed ip
Since when isn't it working? since yesterday
Does the problem occur permanent, frequently, occasionally or when you do an specific action?

Operating system:

For example: Ubuntu 14.4 amd 64x
Hardware: Freenas System -> Virtualbox, VM runs on 4GB ECC 4 core Intel xeon v2131v3

using the startup
cd ts3mb
screen -dmS bot1 ./TS3MusicBot_runscript.sh -account (EMAIL) -port PORT -webif-pw PASSWORD -webif-pw-user PASSWORD -webif-bind-ip 0.0.0.0
error message:
Critical: Unable to login as "TS3MusicBot_3"! Maybe this IP address is banned for some minutes on that server!
ServerQuery Error 520 @ loginTS3(): invalid loginname or password

Well that means that the query login isnt right.
Also dont forget you as a client can only have one query login, so if you create a new one the old one gets deleted.
Btw. The TS3 Whitelist reloads every 5 mins.

So do i need to make 1 query for all bots? on every boot?

Hello,
your query login can usually handle multiple logins.
If you want separated logins, then you have to make for yourself 3 Clients with Server admin and then create on each Server admin a query login.

after a day it starting do strange things, it disconnecting every few hours. :

My TS server isnt losing connection online time is 3 hours 18 minutes 6 seconds at this time. The members didnt see any connection lost. only they see the bots dropping out.

Hello,
today, we did some changes on some systems in the background, the time fits to our background maintenance.
Usually no one should be effected by that but it was possible.
But the changes are nearly finished and until tomorrow all should run normally again.

Since no other answer from you was made i close this thread now because i am assuming that now everything works .
