Hello.

I have a problem and i need help. Since yesterday, I can not run the bot.
The Query is OK (green round on webinterface) but the client is NOT OK (red round on webinterface).

The message is keeps looping and is the following:

TS3 client could not connect after 3 tries. Retry in 60 seconds. [1.] Check if xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9987 is online.! [2.] The TS3MusicBot has not got banned by someone.

This bot is on my server which is a Kimsufi.
Unfortunately no GUI. That command line.

How to operate the bot? I watched a few tutorials and it was no help.

what you can try is:

Click on Mettre à jour, then by Dependency files version: 4.5.7.3 click on Remove after that click on Configurations then click on Sauv. paramètres and wait until he is finish with updating, if the bot stucks, stop and start him one time. regards

I tried your solution to my problem but it does not work. I still have the same error message that's looping.

Query OK (green round on webinterface)
Client NOT OK (red round on webinterface)

If you have other solution, I am taker.

what you can also try is to stop and start your teamspeak 3 instance one time
or
check if the ddos protection may is blocking something.

I restarted my TS3 server but it does not work.
I fail2ban on my server but it's not him that is the problem.

By against, I have this line that appears in my console:

TS3MusicBot: Warning: Unable to receive permission list! If wanted, set permission b_serverinstance_permission_list.

And also, I notice that uses the same Global ID than me (human). Is this normal?

Thats okay but thats not "the" Ddos protection i mean. I mean the hosters Ddos Protection. That may have an effect on a not joining client.

That is an additional right and doesn't effect in any way the Client

If you create the Querylogin on your identity, then yes its normal because the Query belongs to your identity

Since no other answer from you was made i close this thread now because i am assuming that now everything works .
