Hello,

If you switch from one to another system you have to wait round about 10 min.

Our system blocks fast system switches.

also be sure no TS3MusiBot runs on the old system.

.mp3 should work on every windowsystem

press one time "clean up old driver" in the launcher and reboot once.

also be sure that Virtualization technology is enabled in your Bios

you can check that with:

https://www.grc.com/files/securable.exe

all of them should be green (YES)

if not, go to your Bios and Search for "Virtualization Technology" or "VT-X"(intel) or "AMD-V" (amd) mostly this settings are found in the Bios under "advanced" ore something similar.

and activate/enable it.

It looks like a permission issue.
Have you started the launcher as admin? Rightclick -> run as admin.
Then you should not get those permission errors.
