Im not part of the TS3MusicBot, just a user.
"It's buggy" - If you encounter any bug, report it here and it will be fixed or you are guided through the fix.
"crash all the time" - The same, ask for help. Shadow86 and Crypto90 are really friendly. Visit the Support TS3 or write a post there:
http://forum.ts3musicbot.net/viewforum.php?f=6
"doesn't support most of my music files" - Well, which format are your music files?
"take too much ressources" - The requirements to run the bot can be found on the website, so this isn't a vaild point.
Overall the bot is working without any problems, if you follow the simple instructions on the website. Sure, a problem can occur also if you are an experienced user. But at that point you just need to ask for help and your bot will run without any problems soon.

Hello,
i think Ude nearly said all.
Some additional things:
The TS3MusicBot nearly supports all possible musicformats. Formats i tested -> mp3, ogg , flac, wave and they are working without any issues.
So tell us what behaviors you have with some additional information:
- What OS you are using (Windows or Linux).
about the behaviors:
and
- what did you before the behavior comes up.
also
- What musicformat isnt working for you? Please tell us because only with that information we can fix it

Please try to describe it as exactly as possible because only then we can help.
Last but not least refund requests are made only through the Contact Formular over
http://www.ts3musicbot.net
*moved to help*
regards

I'm on windows 10 64bits, i have a hexacore @3.8ghz with 16gb ram.
for the behaviors, it happens with most of the commands , the !say command makes the music stop and doesn't say anything, !next sometimes play the next song. As for the cloning behavior, it's when i changed some settings like the avatar (which doesn't work by the way) and, well... everything that was in the settings part of the interface, as soon as i pressed the save settings button, made that cloning behavior, i could have many working bots (sound came out from all of them) with the same name (bot, bot1, bot2, etc) on the server. Probably what caused the ressources problem.
Another behavior was that some files were "playing" but no sound came from the bot, i had to manually restart the file to make it work or restart the bot completely
I don't think it does support FLAC completely, the files that didn't played were 100% of my flac files, some others were MP3 but these were playing most of the time.
The sound quality was alright but clippings and silences occurred a lot.
Anyway, when i paid for the product, I thought it was more stable. I don't say i won't try it again, but i'll give it time to get better. For the moment, i'll stick with my old setup, which was working fine, but have less features.

Hello,
first thank you for your answer.
well then lets get started:
it's when i changed some settings like the avatar (which doesn't work by the way)
This feature only works on the linux version
as soon as i pressed the save settings button, made that cloning behavior, i could have many working bots (sound came out from all of them) with the same name (bot, bot1, bot2, etc) on the server. Probably what caused the ressources problem.
I was able to reproduce that on some point - will forward it.
I don't think it does support FLAC completely, the files that didn't played were 100% of my flac files, some others were MP3 but these were playing most of the time.
The sound quality was alright but clippings and silences occurred a lot.
Flac seems not to work on Windows for me too. On the Linuxsystem it worked
Anyway, when i paid for the product, I thought it was more stable. I don't say i won't try it again, but i'll give it time to get better. For the moment, i'll stick with my old setup, which was working fine, but have less features.
It is, but more on the Linuxside as on the Windowsside at the moment.
So i think because it is a hexacore it is a dedicated Server / System, so maybe you try the Vbox solution, it is a way more stable and also supports the avatar feature then (because it is then a linux environment )
