Hello,

I have not used ts3musicbot for about 5 months now. After i have updated my teamspeak server i have decided to reactivate the music bot but i have a problem. The query is connecting fine with no problems. The only issue that i am having is the client being able to connect, the ip is whitelisted and the bot is not banned. I keep getting the following error "TS3 client could not connect after 3 tries. Retry in 60 seconds. [1.] Check if 51.254.207.159:9987 is online.! [2.] The TS3MusicBot has not got banned by someone." I have made sure the server is fully updated and also restarted it multiple times, still no luck. Could anyone give me any clues on what is wrong?

P.S i am on the support teamspeak.

we watched together over it, it seems the Server itself is blocking every connection from outside.
