A post should contain the following information, so we can straight answer your question/solve your problem. This reduces the time needed to solve a problem to a minimum.

1. Description of the problem:
   • What isn't working?
   • Since when isn't it working?
   • Does the problem occur permanent, frequently, occasionally or when you do an specific action?
   • Error message (if available)
2. Operating system:
   • Please always write down the complete name of your OS.
   • For example: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, Debian 8.2 amd64
   • 32Bit or 64Bit (on Linux -> uname -a)
3. Hardware
   • Short list of the Hardware the TS3MusicBot is running on
   • System load (Used RAM, CPU load)
4. Failed solution approaches:
   • We need to know if you've already tried something to fix the problem.

New Windows Version is out today pls try this new version if it helps against your problems.

Since no other answer from you was made i close this thread now because i am assuming that now everything works .
If you still have questions make a new thread (and maybe link to this thread too) or join our Support-TS3.
