I need help pls because i'm using youtuber license and I need to upload a video.

Description of the problem: Hi I have a problem, when i and my friends want to connect to this : http://51.255.171.71:8081 . Google says: You can not access this this site.

What isn't working? Webinterface

Since when isn't it working? EveryTime

Does the problem occur permanent, frequently, occasionally or when you do an specific action? Permanent

I tried to use motzilla or other pc but doesn't work. I try to restart google chrome, turn off firewall and antivirus,but doesn't work.

There can be 2 issues:

Port is closed.

or the TS3MusicBot isnt starting or crashing. (check that by running it one time manuelly)

I think the ts3 bot is open because in mi Ts3 I see a MusicBot.

because when a webinterface isn't reachable then most times the port are closed
