I tired to connect my bot to my ts and i get this error.
Critical: Unable to login as "LDG Music Bot"! Maybe this IP address is banned for some minutes on that server!
ServerQuery Error 3329 @ loginTS3(): connection failed, you are banned - you may retry in 256 seconds

Any suggestions or help?

Hello,

Looks like your ip isnt whitelisted or you tried to often to login with wrong login data.

I did get it working, but now the client side does not seem to be connecting.

Maybe the Client have also a flood ban - in that case usually a ts3-server restart should help.

also be sure (i one is set) that the password for the ts3-server you entered is correct.

Tried a restart doesnt seem to be fixing the problem. Im not sure whats going on but the client still doesnt show up. It did show up once but after a manual restart it wont connect again.

There also is no password on our TS.

Is it possible someone could take a look at it? I Sit in the support TS.
