hello in this day and I bought a bot but apparently has a fault and does not sound as repair and not if I can help

Does this appear directly after you start?
You have not tried to play anything?

What does happen if you try to play something?

Two other users with the windows version are currently reporting that the sound is laggy.
I can reproduce this too, maybe it has something todo with the todays update.

I will check our latest update for issues on the windows version.

I write to you back here as soon I found the issue.

you will not hear the audio and do not know how to do or has a fault
