I am a new user, I am not able to log in. When I try, it's just reloading the webpage back to the login screen.

Write us your email you registered with the contact form.
We will check your account.
If the site just reload, it means the password is incorrect or the account got not activated after registration.

Since no other answer from you was made i close this thread now because i am assuming that now everything works .
If you still have questions make a new thread or join our Support-TS3.
