[Help] Client doesn't join TS3 server

Hello,
I'm trying to get the TS3MusicBot to work but the client doesnt join.
The query does join, but the client doesnt. I have opened all the needed ports and im running TS3 server version 3.0.12.4.
What more information do you need to help me better?

I have added the internal IP and external IP to my whitelist of the TS3 server.

I have added the internal IP and external IP to my whitelist of the TS3 server.
