Hello TS3musicbot

i have tried to reach your technical support for two months in ur TS3 support server but no one have contact me for once i got kicked many times waiting for you to message me , even when i saw a support client in the TS Server in my room i couldn't message him in channel/private chat, my music bot had some problems sometimes, for two weeks my the audio had a problem, then after some commands wont work ( still wont work even for now ) , and now i have a problem playing a music,

to be honest i didn't know about this forums till i contact your page in facebook because there's nothing about the forum in the website ( http://musicbot4you.net/index.php ) only the TS3 Support

Player instance freeze detected. Restarted. Restarting last playback: https ... etc

so i had enough problems for the past two months, kindly i'm asking for a refund please , my music bot still running to 2016-10-15

If someone is on the TS3-Server and in the Support Online Channel then you get support also it isnt right that musicbot 4you support is only reachable over the ts3-support you also can use the Contact Form:

Next thing is, this Forum here is usually only for TS3MusicBot Support / Bug tracking and not for Musicbot4you support (there is no reference to this forum on MusicBot4You because here we can not help MusicBot4You customers)

So i have to say it is just not possible that you are waiting since 2 months for support because MusicBot4you support was always reachable.

The other fact is the Support-team can not stay 24/7 on the Support Teamspeak and the location of the support team is in Germany (in most case then the timezone is a problem)

but well i there is now a Welcome Message on the Support Teamspeak so that people get an extra message that there is also a contact form on musicbot4you (Even if the button always exist on the page)
