Hacked into bots?

Have no idea how but someone managed to get into the admin webinterface (at least that's what I think) and really fucked around with the bots (also ddosed our teamspeak server and caused a whole bunch of issues). They were able to move the bot between channels and freely play anything without using commands.
Any idea how something like this could happen? What can I do to prevent this?
Thanks.

Hello,
At first use Safer Passwords and usally it is good not to give out the admin password to too many people.
Second thing would be that you can restrict the Users over the Permission system (for the webinterface and chat) over the "admin login" Settings -> User permissions.
If you want to try to trace the "bad guys", all executed things over the webinterface get logged with an ip under Commands.log under Logs
