Web installer add server help

Hello, for some unknown reason, I do not want to add a virtual server. The data entered is correct but still reports that the server is unavailable. You know me with this please advise?

Do you have restart your server and try it again ?

Hello,
had the same idea remove your server and try to add it again *thanks to Lukas3012*
on the middle of the day i saw that you had some high ms in the traceroute and your host wasnt reachable from our side but i tracerouted it again and now your system seems to be reachable.

Since no other answer from you was made i close this thread now because i am assuming that now everything works .
