Hello

I got a debian dedi which hosts my teamspeak server.

Now on this server i would like to run ts3musicbot , I've bought a license today but whatever I do the bot jsut wont connect..

Could you please help me out here?

Description of the problem:
What isn't working? ---> The bot is not connecting
Since when isn't it working? ---> From the beginning
Does the problem occur permanent, frequently, occasionally or when you do an specific action? ---> Permanent.
Error message (if available) ---> There are no error messages, thats the problem..

Operating system:
Please always write down the complete name of your OS.
For example: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, Debian 8.2 amd64 --> Debian 7

Hardware
Short list of the Hardware the TS3MusicBot is running on
System load (Used RAM, CPU load) ---> Just basic debian server

Failed solution approaches:
We need to know if you've already tried something to fix the problem.


I tried running it on root but it wouldn't work. I also tried the web installer, but it wouldn't work aswell..It just won't connect, i don't know what is goin on ..

is your Debian running on 32 or 64 bit?

you also checked that your firewall isnt blocking anything?

if nothing is blocking, then you also can come on our teamspeak, then we can take a look over it.
