Hey, I'm getting

ERROR: Unable to download webpage: <urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known> (caused by URLError(gaierror(-2, 'Name or service not known'),))

Would there be anyone about to jump on TS and give me a hand? I've a few other q's that would be easier in TS than via a forum.

For us everything works fine currently.
