Instability & Lag

We have been getting complaints from our clients for over 2 months now about the bot suddenly stopping after a few days of use, and when we try to manually restart it, it doesn't work; we therefore have to delete the bot entirely and re-create it, then it will work for a few days again and then stop working (and the 're-creation' process needs to be repeated).

Most recently, many of our clients have started to complain about the fact that the bot is laggy/choppy no matter what they play; this isn't related to our network, since having checked, we never surpass 10mbps on our network (and we have a full 100mbps - up and down - on the switch where we're connected).

We are running TS3MusicBot on a Linux box (CentOS 6.3 x64) using Dirohost's addon for WHMCS.

Please advise ASAP.
