Could not connect to server [149.202.129.60]. Make sure the server is online and the login details are correct.
I added the server ip to
it connects but i can't type in the console section also

You are mixing the windows and the linux solution.
The webinstaller is only for linux servers.
The login details are for a linux server. Its a SSH login.
If you did not rent a linux server somewhere the webinstaller isn't for you.
The windows version did connect if I saw it correct on your pictures.
On the windows version, the console is blocked. You don't need to type anything in that field.
Click on the LAN IP in the windows launcher, to open the webinterface in your browser.
