Hello there! I just purchased a license last night, and I wanted to run 3 bots but when I try to start the second one, it runs through the updates then basically just breaks everything. After the updates I can't start ANY of the bots including the first one that previously worked. Just says: Failed to fork child process: No such file or directory.
I've reinstalled the entire bot twice, tried shutting it down and restarting it, but that second bot updating just destroys everything.

Running on Windows 10 Pro x64, quad core i7, 12GB of RAM, definitely no issues with resources, nothing else is running on that computer.

then a proccess is running.

After you stopped the Software, check if a Proccess is running in the taskmanger.

following proccesses can be found;

mplayer, python, java

That allows me to start ONE bot again. But as soon as I try to start a second, it just fails. Says Player instance crash detected. Restarted.

Then it says it could not connect after 3 tries. If I try to stop it then start it, it returns the original error again.

The license is the same for both, which should allow 3 bots. Therefore the connection information is obviously the same as well. Yet only one bot can connect.

sorry for the late answer but unfortunately, we were not available the last days because of New Year's Eve and yesterdays public holiday (31.12.15[6.p.m.CET] - 01.01.16)

On some Windows versions we have an issue, but someone is already working on it, so i think in the next few days there will be an update.
