for the TS3MusicBot are always 2 Passwords available:

Admin Password and User Password

So that means you logged in as User and not as Admin, thats why you didnt see the Settings.

You can always change your IP Adress on TS3MusicBot.net

with a private license it is only possible to connect all 3 TS3MusicBots on 1 TS3-Server at the same time.
