Music Stuttering/Glitching out

Hi,
I just got my TS3MusicBot for Windows today. I installed it, ran the program and eventually got to the point where I would be able to play music. After logging into the browser API, I put a youtube link in the "Play Links" area and hit "play link". I first noticed that it took about 25 seconds for the song to actually start and then when it did, the sorry was crystal clear as it should be. While the song played through the bot, it had popping noises, it stuttered/froze and then resumed a couple seconds later, and at points it had sort of a "robotic" sound where the song was getting completely distorted.
I would like to know how to fix this if possible. I bought this bought to enjoy teamspeak music with my friends.
I am currently using the latest Windows Download version for the bot.
