Laggy music/songs won't upload

Er I updated to the latest version & whenever I start the bot it keeps asking to update TS for it when I try it it won't let me, saying I have to close the bot, when I do it just does nothing, so I chose not to update it, I can't upload MP3's to my library, it say's completed yet doesn't show, and when I choose a song on YouTube it takes like 2 minutes to start and is lagging/ making popping sounds.

Which Server or None Server Solution: VPS | KVM | Dedicated | Home

If it can't update the files with the automatic update and you can't upload files, it sounds like a writing permission issue on your system.
Please visit our support ts to solve this technical issue.
