Soo, my dedicated server already has a system listening to port 8080 is there any way to change the port listener on this music bot?

eg: 7070

Hello,

yes this is possible

If you using Linux just change this parameter in your Startcommand (./TS3MusicBot.....)-> -port 8080 to -port 7070

on Windows just edit it over the launcher or config file.
