Creating own proxy for musicbot /searching for perfect proxy

Hello,
I bought music bot yesterday and since then im struggling to make this bot work, because YT is blocking VPS ip [too many requests]. I tried so many various http proxies, but either they are really slow or they are returning the errors [like 98% of them]. For now Bot is useless for me and people on the server. I cant upload music to the bot itself because its against the vps service rules [illegal files].
So my questions are:
-What are exact requirements for the proxy in order to run with Musicbot and where to find fitting proxies under these requirements?
-Is it possible to create web-based proxy [on a www hosting] that will work with the bot? Because VPS[which isnt working with yt as stated in the beginning of the post] and Website is all the servers I have. If yes, how?

I'm looking for the fast answer, the licence clock is ticking :)

I sent you PW with ip of the bot, because we still need working proxy :)

I also tried installing Glype proxy on my www hosting, but it seems yt blocked hoster's address because i get a timeout.
