Update stuck at 58.65%

Hello,
I have a problem with music bot. Few days earlier i used to run the bot on Debian 7 X64, the music was laggy at all the time, and i tought maybe a reinstall will do the trick. Then i reinstalled the VPS with Fedora 20 X64 that is based on RHEL and the music was not laggy anymore! Today my VPS went down again like everyday and yeah i had to decide, lets move to another vps provider. My last VPS was in Germany Dusseldorf, current one is in France idk where. Now i installed Fedora 20 X64 again on the new france located VPS. Steps was same.
yum update -> yum install java-1.7.0-openjdk -> yum update again -> yum install screen sudo -> cd /home -> wget (musicboturl) -> tar xfv (musicbotfilename) -> cd /(musicbotfolder) and then i ran the command:
screen ./TS3MusicBot_runscript.sh -account ****** -port 11420 -webif-pw ****** -webif-pw-user ****** -noquery
And the script started, the update started one time its go up untill 100% then at the next percent meter the update just stuck and doesn't go anywhere. I'm able to exit from the screen then reconnect, and i tried to kill the screen then restart. Any idea?
