I can't add music

I can't add music to it ... I can't add from my P.C and now I can't even add from Youtube, I'm seriously considering to just find a different bot ...-_- its pathetic ..
i need some more informations.
What system you are using?
Windows/Linux? Dedicated or VPS? If Linux 32 or 64?
Where are you trying to add music? Or you dont know how?
