Error and bot wont load#5765

when i start the bot it gives me a startpar error
And once that goes away it doesnt load worth my live i waited 2 1/2 HOURS waiting for IT TO LOAD

Linux VPS/Dedicated or Windows Dedicated? 32bit or 64bit.

How much cores?

Ram?
