Bootstrap Framework 3.3.6

I have had this issue in the past, and a tech had fixed it over teamviewer. So now my issue is once I had turned off the my computer for a night and turn it back on, the bots will not join in the teamspeak server. Here is the log files, I checked everything and im not sure why they will not join in the server. Looking to get help with a tech to a remote.
