OK i just tried with a regular uploaded music file as well, and it sometimes produces the "laggy" robot sound as well. 220 Down/21 Up Internet so it shouldnt be my internet as my internet is fairly strong. I think it's something to do with the VirtualBox Generic Drivers needing to be installed and/or updated.

New Windows Version is out today pls try this new version if it helps against your problems.
