If you payed with paypal, sometimes it can take a little bit longer from paypal side until the payment is finished.

I had a phonecall with paypal, seems they have a maintance at the moment and she said it should be fixed in some hours, so i didnt have an eta for you.

if he says java isnt installed then it seems that no or not the right java is installed, usally if you go on this site, then you get the right java, if that doesnt work try it manuel:
