1: When attempting to do a restart or stop/start from the web installer the bot will copy all of the settings (including query information) from another bot. This is extremely frustrating and makes us have to re-do all the setting for the bot.

2: Sometimes when queuing songs (with addurl or addyt) the bot will get stuck and will be unable to continue the queue. This can be worked around by using !yt to play something and then starting the queue again but I am looking for a permanent solution.

Trying to get assistance via the teamspeak server is also frustrating as whenever I'm in there there is no one to support me.

1: Are you using one private license? You have 3 bots running and restart the second one for exampe it will get the configuration from bot 1? What do we have to do to reproduce your issue?

2: We will look on this.

I am using only one license for three bots.

To reproduce the issue you simply have to use the [re]start all button on the web installer. It will then copy the configuration of 8081 to 8083, 8082 or vice versa. Didn't try to reproduce this multiple times to figure things out to an exact science. It seems as if this problem does NOT occur if using the stop all button and then proceed to use [re]start all.

The queuing issue is the biggest pain as of right now - the first problem I can work around because it only affects myself and my one other admin... The queuing issue affects everyone who uses the bot especially since we have the !yt command disabled for regular users (to stop users from cancelling everyone's queues). If the queue gets stuck then an admin has to be around to resolve it.

I am quite busy during the weekdays but I will try to stop by the teamspeak sometime this weekend during your support hours. :)

I believe you guys have access to my server (I have provided the information through the web installer). Feel free to poke around and see what you can find.

We currently add a "additional parameters" option to the webinstaller.
After that is available, you can use the "-number 1", "-number 2" and "-number 3" parameter to start them up.

Update: You can now use additional parameters in your webinstaller.
For your case add the following in the field:

Your first TS3MusicBot will get:
Code: Select all
-number 1
The second one will get:
Code: Select all
-number 2
and the third one:
Code: Select all
-number 3

Okay so I have added that to the parameters... Now what about the queue issue? Is this something you guys are currently investigating and are aware of?

Also... I have noticed a new problem where users who are a part of a user group under "user group id" do not have permission to play songs when they should - and as soon as I give them an admin tag it will work ... basically my one "DJ" tag which allows users to play music doesn't work for only 1 of the 3 bots.
