Is it possible to get a refund as I have mistaken buying this instead of buying the hosted version. I can not run this application on my computer as I have a Mac not a Windows. I've been trying to get in contact with support, but it is extremely hard to do so. Whenever I am on TeamSpeak, there are not support staff available to help. My timezone is EST. Is there anyway you could help?
