Once you have logged into the TS3Musicbot webinterface
Click on "Settings" -> "Skin"

Now you can open the Skin Browser and download a skin in the Skinbrowser
Just click on "Download"

Now you can select the new skin on skin and click on "Change Skin"

Now the TS3MusicBot reloads and you have the new skin :)
