Thanks to Crypto90
for helping me get this far upload the file to /etc/rc.d/init.d
then run
hkconfig --add TS3MusicBot
chkconfig --level 2345 TS3MusicBot on
chmod 755 /etc/init.d/TS3MusicBot
chmod 777 /var/run/screen
all tho it doesnt stop or restart using the commands it does start when the server starts maybe you all can help finish this script off
service TS3MusicBot restart
service TS3MusicBot stop
service TS3MusicBot status
it throws a syntax error
ERROR: Process ID list syntax error.

-A all processes -C by command name
-N negate selection -G by real group ID (supports names)
-a all w/ tty except session leaders -U by real user ID (supports names)
-d all except session leaders -g by session OR by effective group name
-e all processes -p by process ID
T all processes on this terminal -s processes in the sessions given
a all w/ tty, including other users -t by tty
g OBSOLETE -- DO NOT USE -u by effective user ID (supports names)
r only running processes U processes for specified users
x processes w/o controlling ttys t by tty
