Amazing Support! By Daniel

Hi there,
I would like to express my deepest gratitude, and appraise for the member of staff known as Daniel. He helped with not only my music bot, but also educated me on some advances that I had not known about before. He is by far one of the best technical support members that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was He super friendly, but was also super personable. I have to admit I was out of my depth by far, but that didn't effect her support. He treated me how everyone person would dream of being treated, when contacting technical support for help. I wasn't judged, I was only helped. 10/10 Thanks again.
