I went into Season 12's Lord of Hatred tier thinking I could "just play smart" and the loot would follow. Nope. Faster clears beat "harder" rewards if you're spending half the run kiting. If you can squad up, do it. One player popping objectives while the others delete packs is free efficiency.



Chain activities to kill downtime
Most wasted time isn't fighting, it's loading screens and bad travel. Try running a tight loop in one region: dungeon, nearby public event, then an elite-heavy zone before you vendor. World bosses and big seasonal events are worth showing up for, especially when you're trying to spike upgrades or grab sellable drops, but don't bounce across the map for every timer. Keep a simple schedule, hit what's close, and keep your momentum. You'll feel the difference in gold per hour.



Town time is the silent killer
Be brutal with your bags. If it's not an upgrade, a near-perfect aspect, or something you'll actually use for crafting, it's gone. Salvage for the mats you're always short on, sell when you're broke, and don't sit there comparing five "almost" pieces. Fix gear, restock, back out.
