Shitty Sound Quality

Hello.
Just paid 4 euro for your services, however, the quality of the sound is so horrific I can't even stand to use it.
Is there any way to fix this issue?!

The host system runs fine, there is no issue in CPU Load or Memory.
I can't connect to your teamspeak server right now, because the max client number is reached on your teamspeak server.
Can you check the ping of the bot client on the teamspeak server? Has the client packetloss?
Whats the "shitty" quality you describe? does it lag? How is the channel codec set? (best is opus music 10).
